Fully enclosed store, manufactured from 3 mm steel sheet, welded around the perimeter, with RHS cross members, and pressed ribs. Corner posts, shelf frames, and main rails are all made from rolled hollow section. Back, sides and double sliding doors are pressed from 2 mm mild steel sheet (corrugated as required for additional strength) while the roof is pressed with suitable bracing.
Units are shot blasted before being painted, and fitted with crane lifting points (maximum 2000 kg per lift point),
NOTE: The “floor” area above the sump is covered with galvanised steel pallet channels (3 per pallet space). Pallets on the upper level sit directly onto a steel support frame. Grid mesh shelving is available as a chargeable option for those who wish to have it fitted with a full “floor”. Please contact us for further information.
