DRUM/IBC STORE - DPU 96-24
Information
Fully enclosed store, manufactured from 3 mm steel sheet, welded around the perimeter, with RHS cross members, and pressed ribs. Corner posts, shelf frames, and main rails are all made from rolled hollow section. Back, sides and double sliding doors are pressed from 2 mm mild steel sheet (corrugated as required for additional strength) while the roof is pressed with suitable bracing.
Units are shot blasted before being painted, and fitted with crane lifting points (maximum 2000 kg per lift point).
Sump fully complies with all the UK regulations relating to sump capacities.
Number of containers: 96 x 200 litre drums or 24 x 1000 litre IBC's (12 pallet spaces per level)

External Dimensions (mm): 8840L x 2800W x 3325H Area above the sump is covered with galvanised steel pallet channels (3 per pallet space) while the upper shelf is an open, box section construction designed to support pallets.
Push Back Version - Part No: DPU96-24PB double pallet depth unit. Doors on one side only, with push pack loading.

Push Back Loading is a simple way of gaining access to pallets without the need for extended forks. A "sliding rail" mechanism, allows pallets to be pushed to the back of unit. Front pallet controls movement of the back one.
