Walk-In 1Hour Fire Rated Store

A rolled hollow welded frame creates a strong structure for this fire rated drum store. The walls, 1250mm wide hinged-doors and roof have been in-filled with Rockwool Firebatt insulation and covered with sheet steel to provide 1 hour fire rating.

A 3mm fully seam welded sump, with profiled rib strengtheners, creates a bunded area in case of a spill and base plinths eliminate contact with the ground. High and low level vents fitted with intumescent elements allow air to circulate.

However in the event of a fire, these elements will expand and seal the vents, this takes place at temperatures above 150°C. 

Shelving is provided on both sides of the store, the bulkhead door, fitted with a single cam door gear mechanism, can be secured with a padlock (not supplied).

This unit will be delivered by an HGV, possibly articulated, therefore please ensure that a vehicle of this type can access your premises before ordering and advise us accordingly.
Offloading will require use of an appropriate size/capacity fork lift truck. Our standard delivery does not include any offloading.
